What happens to photos on Backyard?
They're saved on the phone or computer that took them, next to the record. The record itself is backed up, but the photo isn't, so it can't be seen on another device and is lost if that device is lost or its storage is cleared. Move to Homestead or above and the photos and voice memos already on the device are uploaded at the next sync.
Can I cancel, and what about refunds?
Cancel at any time and your paid plan keeps going until the end of the period you've paid for, then the property moves to Backyard with all its records. New to a paid plan and not happy? Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. The details are in payments, cancelling and refunds.
How do I change plan?
Everyone starts on Backyard. To move up, open My settings in the app and choose Homestead or Market Garden, monthly or yearly. You pay by card on Stripe's secure page, and your plan changes straight away. Change plan, update your card or cancel from Manage billing in the same place. For Co-op, email hello@treesnbees.app.
