New version brings more Access levels for your team, and better property management

Trees n Bees 0.62.0 is out. This release is about the people who work your property with you.

Five access levels

We now have even more granular access for users. Five levels, and each one can do everything the ones before it can:

• Viewer: looks at the property, its records and costs, and changes nothing. Suits an accountant, an agronomist or an auditor.

• Worker: ticks off the jobs given to them, can take a job nobody has been given, and sends photos, voice memos and notes from the field. Sees the records, but not costs.

• Manager: records work, harvests and readings, looks after trees and hives, gives out jobs, and invites and removes workers and viewers.

• Designer: also changes the layout: orchards, blocks, trees, beds, tanks and what is drawn on the map.

• Owner: everything, including the property’s details and people at every level.

A simpler app for workers

The menu now lists only what a person’s level can use. A worker sees Home, Map, Weather, the orchard and Jobs, and their Home page shows their jobs, the weather and the photo, voice memo and note buttons.
